1. When will my order ship?
You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has been shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
2. What if I received the wrong or faulty/defective product?
Please call or email us immediately so we can remedy the situation.
3. How much is shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout Page where you will be offered Shipping method choices and their prices. However, shipping is free for all orders over $50 in the US.
4. How do I use a coupon?
After adding items to your cart, click the “View Cart” link. You will see a box where you may enter your coupon code. Make sure to read and understand any specifications using the coupon code such as minimum order amount.

6. Is my information secured during checkout?
This website is protected and encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
7. How do I care and maintain for my new garment?
Each manufacturer provides wash instructions on the tags. We suggest following the instructions carefully on the tag as it may vary slightly from company to company.
However, here is a general step by step process you can follow when caring for your apparel.
Step 1: After worn and ready for a wash, turn apparel inside out. Place apparel in a safe washable laundry bag.
Step 2: Choose a detergent you would use for delicates. Make sure to wash with like items. Make sure your wash excludes items such as zippers or anything with sharp edges to prevent the garment being torn.
Step 3: Use COLD water ONLY! Choose gentle cycle if applicable.
Step 4: MOST IMPORTANT STEP...ALWAYS hang dry your apparel away from heat or sunlight. NEVER place in dryer!
*Following these steps will ensure proper care of your garment.
8. I have not received my order, what do I do?
Please contact us immediately via email or phone so we can remedy the situation as soon as possible. Make sure to include your order number in your email or have it on hand when calling us.
