Returns and Exchanges
We are currently NOT accepting RETURNS for REFUNDS. We will issue STORE CREDIT ONLY. (See store credit below for details)
We take pride in our products, therefore every item is thoroughly checked and rechecked for imperfections prior to shipping.
Store Credit Policy
Store credit can be used one time only on a future order within 30 days of the return. It is not cumulative with any other store credits; must be used in its entirety on an order that is either equal to or greater than the value of the store credit.
To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be altered in any way. It must also be in the original packaging with the original tags still intact attached to the clothing, in the same manner in which you received the item.
Returned items must be in new, unworn condition (this excludes trying the item on of course) without visible damage. They also must be free of make-up, self-tanning stains, deordant marks, stains or traces of dirt, pet hair, etc...

Gift cards, Sale Items, Discount Code Items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection for a store credit.
If you are approved, we will notify you via email and send you a personal promo code to enter for your store credit.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com or call us at 754-666-2344 for further instructions.
Shipping Return Item or Exchange Item
To return your product, please contact us immediately via email or phone, for further information.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning an item for an exchange, we will ship those items and any additional items free within the U.S.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
